Shipping Destinations
We can virtually ship worldwide shipping to most addresses. However, certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to some international destinations. If your location is affected by such restrictions, we will notify you before processing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery
When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options selected. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used. In Egypt ,we currently use SpeedAF , Turbo, and J&T shipping carriers, we chose the carrier according to the destination address. Shipping estimates may be displayed on the checkout page. Please note that delays may occur due to seasons, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates & Weight-Based Pricing
We use a flat rate to each destination regardless of the shipment weight , rates should appear on the checkout page once the address city is selected, also ,we have a cash on delivery (COD) Fee that may apply to your shipment, and will be shown in the checkout page if applicable.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for updates. If your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund as applicable.
