Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of products that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, such as:

• Intimate products like lingerie of all kinds, dancewear, satin products, couples’ games, or health-related products.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Certain health and personal care items

• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any product returned more than 14 days after purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the reasons are not due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

. سياستنا تستمر 14 يوما. إذا مر 14 يومًا منذ الشراء، فللأسف لا يمكننا أن نعرض عليك استرداد الأموال او الاستبدال.

لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن تكون السلعة الخاصة بك غير مستخدمة وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها. ويجب أن يكون أيضًا في العبوة الأصلية لها.

هناك عدة أنواع من المنتجات التي لن نتمكن من تنفيذ الإرجاع او الاستبدال ,على سبيل المثال، المنتجات الحميمية مثل الملابس الداخلية واللانجيري بانواعه و ملابس الرقص و المنتجات الستان و الالعاب الزوجية أو المنتجات الصحية.

العناصر الإضافية غير القابلة للإرجاع:
– بطاقات الهدايا
– بعض مستلزمات الصحة والعناية الشخصية.
– أي منتج ليس بحالته الأصلية أو تالف أو مفقود فيه أجزاء لأسباب ليست بسبب خطأنا
– أي منتج يتم إرجاعه بعد أكثر من 14 يومًا من الشراء

لإكمال عملية الإرجاع، نطلب إيصالًا أو إثباتًا للشراء.

المبالغ المستردة (إن وجدت)
بمجرد استلام عودتك وفحصها، سنعلمك بأننا استلمنا السلعة التي تم إرجاعها. وسنقوم أيضًا بإعلامك بالموافقة على استرداد أموالك أو رفضها.
إذا تمت الموافقة عليك، فستتم معالجة استرداد أموالك، وسيتم إضافة رصيد تلقائيًا إلى بطاقتك الائتمانية أو طريقة الدفع الأصلية، خلال 10 أيام.

المبالغ المستردة المتأخرة أو المفقودة (إن وجدت)
